Can I use U-Stew with raw meat? It is perfectly acceptable to add the U-Stew to raw meat. The difference between U-Stew and Better In The Raw, is the digestive enzymes. A little additional enzymes are not going to do any harm.
Can I use U-Stew with raw meat? Someone just gave me a brand new bag of U-Stew because her dog did not like it. My dog is on the raw diet - can I use the U-Stew powder with raw meat? Can too many digestive enzymes create a problem? I just dont want to throw it away and most people I know are on the raw version. Thank you!
Hello again: Thank you for all of your referrals. Please let us know if you are interested in carrying the products at wholesale. We have had quite a number of new customers from your area. Some vets recommend making the switch gradually, and some recommend doing it 'cold turkey' so to speak. With adult dogs, there don't appear to be any problems with making the switch immediately, however puppies may need to be transitioned gradually. Diarrhea appears to be the problem
"cold turkey???" Miko still loves his food, it disappears in seconds, and he was the fussiest eater you ever heard of. I have a very small dogsitting practice, and slowly, most of my clients are switching to your food, I can't stop raving about it. I changed Miko "cold turkey", from one day to the next and many people I know have done it successfully. Is this what you recommend? Is it better to mix with the dry food or dog cans for a while? Which way is best? Could there be problems d
New recipe??? Thank you! Of course, I had been very surprised at the no shipping charges the first time and I understand, having a business myself, how difficult it can be. Miko is very happy with his food and I have sent many people to you. I have a small dog sitting service and they are all swithching to your food, one at a time, with great results. Have a wonderful day!
New recipe??? Yes, the EFA's are now in the powder, in the form of micro-encapsulated fish body oil powder. Just as effective, and easier to use! We have reluctantly re-installed the postal charges, due to the rise in fuel prices. Everything, including postage has increased in cost. We try to keep the costs down for our customers, but in this case we just had no choice. Hope Miko is doing well.
New recipe??? Hi! I just received my second order. The first order had salmon capsules in it??? I guess now the EFA is in the powder... I ordered for my friend who is using the U-Stew also I thought it would be easier for you to ship them both together. First order had no shipping charge, this one did! Miko loves his food!
You are right! Most of the time when I have other dogs here, (I dog sit), but this morning, he did not want to even with another dog. I find that if he eats his diner too early or not at all, he vomits bile in the morning so that's my worry about not feeding him. Also, if I cook the meat a little, he eats it!! after refusing the raw version. I know, he could be spoiled, I was away for a week and a friend of mine came to live here, she hand-fed him every meal, that's the only way he would eat...
Your advice please I have to wonder if Miko is just not very hungry? It might be a good idea to take the food away if he does not eat it, and leave it until next feeding time. (Unless of course, he is diabetic) I do know that if he had some competition at mealtime, he would not leave the food sitting in his bowl! As far as cooking the meat slightly, there is nothing wrong with this. But it is a good idea to just cook the meat, and then add the powdered mix when the meat has cooled. Either way, I don't
